Lost Liscence Code

    Hi,
    I'm a registered TI user and I need to reinstall.I seemed to have misplaced my
    code number. Is there a way to retrieve it?

    If you can logon to the Acronis update site your license number is displayed on the page leading to the update files.

    Edit I just got an email from Acronis about the update now available; here's the link provided:

The latest build installation file is always available in the Product Updates section of your account.

    If you did not register the software then please submit a request for technical support using Ask a question before you purchase Acronis software link. Provide the information about your purchase of Acronis software (order number, e-mail, where did you purchase our product, copy of invoice, scan copy of receipt, your order confirmation letter, etc.) along with the link to this thread in your request. We will certainly to try to help you to retrieve your serial number.
