Lost Code/password

Well I've been getting these warnings about Password stealing attacks, and spyware..

I'm trying to get rid of them, but I forgot the code to scan and delete Viruses. Can I get any help how tp get my password/code w/e it is back please? so I can start getting rid of these things.

I'm using a Windows XP, and NNOD32 V.2.7
