    Is this compatible with Win8.1 x64 Pro? Im thinking about reinstalling instead of using Windows FW.

    Has Phant0ms rule set been updated with Win8.1?

    That's a shame. Appears windows 8.1 is the culprit not 8. To bad. Wish LnS would update this.
