I am still using True Image version6 that I bought in 2003, and it has been working ever since. Recently I wanted to make an Image online with my Recover disk that I made, but when I wanted to store the Image on my exernal hard drive, I received the message "cannot be created because the logical drive is read-only.
I have made Images in the past using my recovery disk, but not now. What is wrong? How do I correct this? I have no problem making & storing Images there under Windows XP.
