LnS v204 application filtering duplicate appls in list

This is probably a known problem but perhaps I can do something to fix it...

I'm finding that LnS application filtering is asking for the same application already authorized to be authorized again...

this occurs for applications originally authorized with long filenames and then 2nd authorize request is for the short filename (and vice versa), for example,
the original filename was
c:\program files\anyprogram\programname.exe
the 2nd request for authorization is
c:\progra~1\anypro~1\progra~1.exe

these are both the same program but only one authorize needs to be in the LnS registry table... since the table is only 80 entries long (if I remember correctly) this is wasting space...

Can I do anything about this
