    Hi BrainWarp,

Do you see any packet blockings on the Look 'n' Stop - 'Log' TAB/screen ?

I don't see any packet blocking for internet explorer.I know it's all about tweaking,i just don't know what to tweak for this.I had to allow Any other UDP in ruleset just to play some games.

If you launched Internet Explorer via launcher / starter application, the stater application is likely with deny attribute to prevent application that will connect. Or you not using Look 'n' Stop advanced mode?

Quickest way to determine where exactly the blocking procedure is taking place is to first disable 'DLL filtering', and test. And then disable 'Application filtering' and test, and then 'Internet Filtering' and test.
