    Is LnS firewall and sandboxie enough to keep me protected from virus if I only go to legit sites? Also, which is more important for a computer a antivirus or firewall if i use Starbucks internet?

    Before the experts on those products chip in, consider that most of the current and recent exploits start from legitimate sites that have been compromised with code that redirects the user to a site that triggers the download of the virus.

    Almost all of these exploits require that javascript be enabled in the browser. Code is now available for the current MSOffice exploits:

    Code:
    <html>
    <body>
    <[B] script language =" JavaScript[/B]">
    var shellcode = unescape(".......
    ....

    The browser is really one of the most important security software you have since it directly faces the internet. Carefull configuration will nullify most of the web-based exploits out there. Modern versions of browsers permit per site configuration of scripting.
