   hi,i have a websit need connect sql2005 on 4000 port, default port was 1433,i achanged to 4000,80 port was work, but allow the 4000 port cant work, plz help.

   Hi,
   
   You should look at Look 'n' Stop log, and you will see an alert/blocked packet with this port.
   Then, with a right click on that alert, you can create a rule to allow that port.
