    As posted earlier, with Spam Module off, the Outlook Toolbar won't die when removed and likes to expose itself when hidden.

    Spooky, Gives one the Willis. (Ha!)

    I guess fortunate or not it just occurred to me how to fix this problem and it seems to work. So for those who also were annoyed in previous posts by the toolbar...

    I disabled it by going into Outlook (2003) Options, Other, Advanced, Add-ins, and unchecked the eset plugin.

    For now, may is RIP.
