Thanks! First, I hesitated to publish it because maybe instead of making their Tor usage maybe little bit better (by choosing low latency exit nodes from sane countries) some parties would instead use it to block access to their sites from Tor. But the data of Tor exit node IP addresses is public for everyone, so they probably have it anyway...
