    unable download the LoL bookmarks file from here- I get a 404:

    Does anyone have a working link for LoLzip file ?
    The link used to be on the homepage but is no more there, the link now shows up on LoL search page but zip file is missing -(

    As you noticed that bookmarks file isn't available (anymore).

    I wouldn't be surprised it is due to any combination of the following reasons:
    1.
    To protect their copyright of the List of Lists.
    (well, I guess bookmarks in itselves are not copy-right protected)
    2.
    Reason given here:
    http://lists.thedatalist.com/stuff/bookmarks.zip
    3.
    Any other reason.

    Updates are posted by "Stan & Ollie" at the GRC Newsgroup grc.news.latestversions .

    The webbased read-only interface can be found here:

    And their currently latest post here:

    You can try to ask them a question there, but you will need a "news-reader" to be able to do that (I mean, not using the webbased read-only interface).

    Sorry, I can't help you more about it.

    On a personal note:
    I for one send David and Bill lots and lots of thanks for keeping up their great List!
    We have been posting updates of the List of Lists from almost the start of the Wilders-board, recognizing the great value of it (and all the hard work put in it!). And, of course, I do thank Ron and Randy for keeping up with it here.

    Well, back to topic: up to the next update of the List of Lists ;)

    This page on LoL is not amended , and it still grants permission for personal use of bookmarks.htm file.

    As the link to bookmarks.zip is still present in this page I think it maybe a temporary glitch ? Sure hope so
