I am looking to learn some administration. I work on UNIX at work and Linux at home. I am interested in getting certified in one of them...Where is the trend and opportunity and money these days, UNIX or LINUX admins? (It would be HP-UX)

    Thanks

Red Hat certified professionals are very much in demand maintaining servers and backends.

RHCA is a great hands on program but I'd recommend LPIC also. The LPIC certification is getting very popular now, its distribution neutral and comprehensive it comes in Junior (1) Advanced (2) and Senior (3) levels.
