Do Appdefend and Regdefend not function properly in Limited User accounts?

They don't seem to do anything but sit in the system tray, and don't alert or stop anything, when using Limited User account....

As a matter of fact it does work in a limited user account if you follow the advice given here.

    Thanks!
Limited User accounts really need different rule set than admin. A lot of the registry is off-limits to limited users anyway, and the alerts are annoying.

Also, need ability to block program execution on a per-user basis. So I can set up rules for what apps I want to allow to run in my kids account, and not let them run anything else, or install anything for that matter.
