Licensing question WSA complete

    I have a 5 user license for WSA complete and have used 3 user licenses on different physical PCs.

    I had to re-install Windows twice onto a computer that was unable to boot into windows at all after installing a certain driver. Because of this it has used up all 5 user licenses even though 3 of them are actually the exact same computer, same MAC address, PC name and everything.

    I was wondering if there is a way to remove either 2 of these users from my Webroot account or just all 3 so I can re-use them again on the same computer?

    Hoping someone from Webroot can PM me about whether this is possible.

    Please explain if I dual boot windows XP and windows 7 does it mean I have used up 2 licenses of my 3 licenses of WSA?

    If I replace my hard disk to SSD and reinstall windows will it count as yet one more license slot used?

    Can licenses for unused computers be deactivated to make space for new computers/installations?

    I don't think the duplication really matters. I have also had problem on a PC that had to be reinstalled multiple times and is showing a six identical entries in my 3-user webroot account; never had an issue with it activating.

    If thats the case I might cancel my ticket with Webroot depending on how long it will take. At the moment waiting for a response after they asked me which computer I wanted to remove from the account.

    EDIT: Webroot got back to me and when I checked my web console, all the computer users I requested were removed from the account. Thanks again Webroot.
