license problem

Hi there, I have been given a licens for Prevx 3 by my employer, and as i work from home, put it into my PC. No problem. But this does not include SafeOnline. I have just purchased a license for SafeOnline myself, but when I put it into my license key section , it negates the original license and then I don't have PrevX 3.
In other words, it seems that i can have only one or the other. This seems daft as it is possible to buy both items, (PrevX and safeonline) seperately.
