Parcells seems almost resigned to losing this year. The future doesn't look good for the Cowboys.

Is that the near future, or distant future? Please say near. I'm not used to going this long without a Superbowl win.

I don't know what Parcells is aiming for. How much longer will he coach?
Is he going for draft picks or a quick fix?
He may have misjudged the talent pool on the Cowboys.
One thing for sure, he doesn't like to lose.

That was a mistake, we put a sure first pick in jeopardy, the guys learnt from their mistake. I apologize. ;) :D

    Daisey & Ron

There is no doubt in my mind that Parcells will fix things this offseason ( if Jerry let's him ;) ), he rarely makes a mistake twice and if not mistaken you have two first round picks.
And you have Drew Henson waiting to take over (and learn) from Testaverde. :)

What happened to Notre Dame?  Lost to Pitt. My football teams are really struggling this year. Glad to see college basketball is starting soon. That should put an end to my misery....:D

Nope. Not last week, and not this week either. A sad situation. Tom Landry is rolling over in his grave right about now... :'(

The Cowboys looked really bad today. Bill needs to start throwing chairs like Bobby Knight used to. ;) Maybe if he threw a few at a few players they would wake up and play better. :)

Who can explain why some teams just don't gel? If I knew, I wouldn't be pecking on this keyboard.

Well, today the 92nd Grey Cup(our equivalent to the Superbowl) was played and guess who won?

My team the Toronto Argonauts! :D

Damon Allen, our quarterback out of Cal State Fullerton, is 41 years old.

He's been in the Canadian football league for 20 yrs. I think he will retire now, what a sweet way to finish his career. Congratulations guys, u did us all proud.

    Final score,

    Toronto Argonauts-27

    British Columbia Lions-19

    It was!

I've had a few days off work so i went downtown today and got there just in time to catch the tail end of the parade.

Little cold and wet but hey, that's what football is all about. Didn't stop in excess of 20,000 screaming fans from lining the streets to see their championship team. I didn't get a chance to touch the coveted Grey Cup, but i did get to shake hands with a few of the players.

Very exciting, congratulations Toronto Argos, we are all very proud. :D
