All year long, same story. He makes it look simple. His teammates believe in him and do all they can to protect him.

    Congrats to the Longhorns. :)

    On another note,

Levy and Wilson Make Up Buffalo's Over-the-Hill Gang

    Published: January 6, 2006

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y., Jan. 5 - Trading one-liners like Walter Matthau and George Burns in "The Sunshine Boys," Ralph Wilson Jr., the Buffalo Bills' 87-year-old owner, and Marv Levy, an 80-year-old Hall of Fame coach, reunited Thursday. Levy returned to the franchise he coached to four Super Bowls, this time as general manager.

Even though i loathe the Buffalo Bills, i have always had a lot of respect for Marv Levy. Why he would want to jump back into the madness there at his advanced age i don't know but i guess if anyone can get a handle on things in Bills land, Marv can. ;) :D

    Ron,

A HIGH-FIVE, buddy. That was a great game. TX Quarterback dominated two Heisman Trophy winners. What a thriller. I've got it on DVD, and will probably watch it often. :D:D:D

Definitely a classic game - some of the SuperBowls should be as good!. Even some friends who are not great football fans (heresy in Texas) raved about the game.

    Daisey,

Vince Young was a Heisman nominee so, there were three Heisman type players out there.
Two great teams going toe to toe. You are right, a thriller to the end. :D

Good question. He would be a hometown favorite in Houston for sure. Nice to have the choices. :)

Cowboys sure could use a good QB. I would take either the USC or TX passer. Although I must admit the USC QB is more handsome (IMO). :D

Maybe Dallas could take David Carr off of the Texans hands. Then, we could have Vince Young and Reggie Bush. :D [and a Superbowl]
Dallas could have a handsome quarterback.

Well, that's nice, but not good enough. USC's QB would give us both - a handsome QB AND a Superbowl.

Not sure. But I'll bet it won't be either Dallas or Houston this year. :D

How about that Indy game yesterday. Not often you see a finish like that one. Wow! If I didn't know better, I'd say that Pitt was trying to give it away.

And what about a couple of the refs' calls (or non-calls for offsides against Indy) - unusual for the league to issue a comment about a call-

Well, we now know Pittsburgh is going to the dance. ;)

Who will be their partner? Seattle or Carolina? :shifty:
