How long is the beta good for before it expires once you download it?

If you have a current Nod32 license, you will be able to use it until the release of the new version.

If you download the trial version of the Beta, it will be for 30 days...

    As I understand it ;)

    Cheers :D

    Strange.

I have a NOD32 licence so selected the Commercial Version of the beta, the download link then prompted me for my user name and password which I inserted and got the download.

After it installed, NOD32 reports itself as a trial version, even after I insert my username/password in Update Setup.

Did you insert your password while installing or after it was installed?

    After.

It didn't let me insert it beforehand.

I just re-ran the setup now and it definately declares its a Trial Version and filename is nentenst_beta2011.exe

I definately selected to download the commercial version and it asked for my user/password before it let me download it.

Maybe they changed something. I don't get trial version anywhere.

You could uninstall, delete the program files directory, and reinstall putting the password info in as you install.

    Interesting.

I've just gone back to the beta download page, gone through the exact same procedure to download and I'm now receiving filename "ndntenst_beta2011.exe"

A commercial and trial version are in adjacent columns - can't it be that you downloaded an incorrect version by mistake?

No, thought of that but impossible.

Apart from being very careful and distinctly remember clicking on the commercial version it definately asked me for userid/password before it started downloading.

Not to worry, got the right version now :)

It also asked me for UN and PW when I downloaded the Beta.

    Cheers :D
