I just received my FDISR download email from Todd and wanted everyone to know that their customer support is exemplary. They truly value their user base. A heartfelt thank you and a wish for continued success to the Leapfrog crew.

Without a doubt, a class in and of themselves.

This is the most revered group of programmers and support i can honestly say i have ever had the good fortune to been recipient of, their outstanding flagship model product FD-ISR (Genuine) version which is been flawless in every way for me. And whatever issue rose was quickly and promptly remedied with amazing ease on their part.

Yep, this member agrees wholeheartily with those sentiments.

Great group Leapfrog, and my deepest thanks alike for them even fashioning then introducing their exciting FD-ISR product on users behalf everywhere no matter how short-lived. ;)

Same here, the support is just great. I am sure Todd must be a triplet the amount of multi-tasking he seems to do. :)

Thanks Todd for fixing in a couple of minutes, via pm's, a copy/update icon error that I have always had.

You guys are simply the best, and this once again proves it!!

I hope your group knows FD-ISR (Genuine) is Truly Legendary in nature and the very best ISR ever conceived bar none P.E.R.I.O.D.

I can attest for that from personal experience as well as a multitude of your many other satisfied customers.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Leapfrog takes this exciting product to even newer heights in the future.

Open up a wishlist and watch THAT topic fill up :D

Todd has helped me and I appreciated it. When you have a great program and then add great support it can't be beat. I still don't understand why FD had any business problems. Thank you and the best of luck.:thumb:

Because average users don't understand FDISR, they look at the used space and the speed, compare it with RollbackRx or Returnil and then decide to use the faster one with less space. They evaluate FDISR like a game.
FDISR has a longer learning curve and they don't have the patience to learn how to use FDISR efficiently.
Returnil is easy : ON or OFF, like a light switch and that's it, they don't even see the disadvantages of Returnil.

    Agree totally.

FD-ISR (Original) is not just another run-of-the-mill recovery product but one where a lot of thought has been put into making it as completely efficient & stable as any software could possibly be, and this user is not been disappointed one time at all. That makes a HUGE difference and is a credit to their superior programming skills and talents which have gone into it.

    Todd,

When we purchased our versions from various companies it was stated there would be a maintance fee, charged yearly, to cover updates and support.

I realize the time and efforts on your part to keep FD-ISR alive and running.
    This is greatly appreciated.

Due to the fact that BootBack is now gone, I'd be more then willing to pay you these fees to help in your efforts with FD-ISR.

Whatever you decide, count me in.

    Much success,
    Dan

Are you sure you purchased this product, and not FDISR Rescue?

Because as far as I can tell FD-ISR is no longer avialable to buy. I got mine late last year before it was discontinued. Sorry, if I am misunderstanding.:)

If you read the rest of the thread it should answer your questions.:D

PS Basically you only get 2 snapshots as opposed to, upto 10 snapshots in the discontinued version.
