My computer is running at 100 % cpu. When I disable the ldlcserv.exe service I am back to normal. The exe is part of IBM personal communications and resides in windows\system32\drivers

I tried running the exe through Virustotal and it came back clean from every scanner.

Could this file have just become corrupt or could this be malware impersonating a legit process?
