Plasma 5.85 LTS is only available on Neon. Hopefully, the next LTS release will provide a superior experience.
If you enable the kubuntu backports ppa in Kubuntu 16.04 (Xenial), you'll be having KDE Plasma: 5.8.7, KDE Frameworks: 5.36.0, and Qt: 5.6.1. See https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showt...-updates-now-in-backports-PPA-for-Zesty-17-04 even though it mentions Zesty.
' ... and a fully workable Bluetooth connectivity, which no other distro offers.' Wow, now I'm impressed.
I've more or less given up on Bluetooth working properly in Ubuntu. I even bought a Lenovo laptop preinstalled with Trusty LTS knowing full well the Bluetooth was dodgy. Maybe by April 2019 things will have changed lol.
