Where is the Kaspersky Web Scanner?
I see only the Kaspersky File Scanner (scans one file at a time, and you must upload the files, and there is a 1 Mb limit on file sizes :( )

Is it just me and my PC that I don't see this anymore?

It's not that the page is gone, but there used to be 2 scanners on that page:
1 that you could scan the whole hard drive with if you wanted - gone?
1 that was just a file scanner (where you have to "upload" the files you wanted it to scan) - still there

Here's a pic to illustrate what I see on my screen - where's the other scanner?

I tried the direct link to Kaspersky Web Scanner found in RejZoR's signature, and I get error message: "Kaspersky Online Scanner license has expired".

Not when I used it. I used it to scan and sort my malware collection. I think it only detects (doesn't clean/delete), or that's what it used to do.

watch out for false positives especially if you use the Bitdefender default settings that delete automatically files it deems are a problem. It seems to pick up some antispyware and hips files as trojans etc and they are slow to correct these fps in their detections.( if bothering at all in some cases)

He's simply stating the obvious, nothing against your present favourite AV i'm sure and i have actually had the BD online scanner remove stuff it shouldn't even after settings it to ask for action! So good advice IMO.:)

That's possibly due to HIVE, their heuristics. I remember getting one of Sunbelt's help files flagged and removed when I was using Counterspy. I, of course, diligently submitted said file, but a week later it was still being flagged. Ho hum.
