    Kaspersky AntiVirus and Internet Security 2009 is now Final Release.
    Only in french and german downloadable.
    The Build is the same as the latest TR: 8.0.0.357.

    Yes. English version aprox. 01.07.08,
    The French and German versions are build 357.

    By the way, you can grab the "official" KAV/KIS 2009 english versions in advance from the german website www.kaspersky.de :cool:

    Personally I find 8.0.0.402 even though nct better than 8.0.0.357 TR. It will be interesting to see what they release on or around 1st July for the other countries if emperordarius is correct?:rolleyes:

    The released date has been told by a Global Mod of KL forums. Build 402 won't accept commercial license, right? Because I don't wanna use a beta key....

    If true, hopefully .402 is ready until then. This build is still in beta stage though..

    Know that but until there is an official English Release I will use the best version even if it requires a beta key rather than a commercial key.:D

    actually that's only for uk. the US release date is (for now) ~ August 1st.

    The beta code that I am using for Build 402 lasts until 27 June after which I will have to renew it, assuming that it is renewable, ie, there is not a new TR released or even the Final version for the UK (but that would be earlier than expected, eh?:shifty: ).

    To use the beta code I just selected activate with beta key option rather than the commercial key option in the 402 installer; the installer connects with the relevant kaspersky server and all being well provides the beta key...there is no more to do than that.:D

    With which I have no problem at all under Vista 64, in contrast to the 402 version which gives problems with in any case the sidebar.

    It's really stupid, depending on where you are in the world, the page isn't the same even if it's the same url. I can't see ver 2009 from where I am, but friends in europe can see it at the same url. It was the same thing with 7.0.1.325 , we had to wait an extra week back then before seeing it. But it's a non issue right now since I installed the french version :)
