I see that earlier this year there was some chatter about this subject but no conclusion.
I have been a NOD32 reseller in Australia for many many years.
I am now moving to Kaseya for RMM.
I can find no way for Kaseya to intergrate with NOD32 wich is a problem.

Is there or will there ever be work done on any of the Eset products to have them write to the Event Logs like all other well written software?

Or are we going to have to find another AV?

I have noticed that Labtech are using NOD32 in thier RMM.
Not sure how they are getting info from NOD32 though.

Any help on this matter would be awesome. As I would rather not move from NOD32.

I plan to start rolling out Kaseya in the next week or so.

We are actively working on a general integration solution for RMM software. Right now, we're further along with LabTech's RMM, but we plan to have integration with other products also, including Kaseya.

Right now, I'd recommend using our Remote Administrator product in conjunction with your RMM.

I'll post more information after we get further along in the project.

    Hi Kirk.
Thankyou for taking the time to reply, I was starting to think I was going to be ignored.
Any chance of a time line or estimated time of completion?
Weeks, Months, Years? With RMM and MSA's we have promised our Clients with a level of service. A level that we can’t really provide without NOD32 talking to Kaseya either directly or via the Events Log.
Once again thankyou for your information.
Please keep me informed and upto date about this process as I do not want to move away from Eset if I can help it.
    Rosco.

Hi we are also very interested in getting ESET reporting back via SNMP or Kaseya. The RA SNMP solution is partial only (does not account for customers who don't have a RA installed, or where the RA machine is compromised).

Very interested to know the timeline for Kaseya if you can post it, thanks.

    Hello,

Currently, no additional information on timelines is available, but when an update is available, information about it will be posted in the forum.

    Regards,
