Maybe this method can work for my KPSS 1 (KIS5) subscription but I haven't got an activation code. I only have a key. Can I found that activation code inside the key file? If yes, how?

Yep same here, very happy. And a big thanks to Kaspersky for getting the problem with these 3 year keys ironed out. :D

Do you mean you converted your activation code a second time and got a second key? I already converted my once with version 6 but that key doesn't work but activation code does.

Should I try to get a second conversion of activation code to a new key and see if that key works with version 7? I would like a key instead of just the code.

Yes, you can do that. I don't think they limit you on how many times you can convert.

GREAT, Gary. Seems all is well with just a few glitches in activating the key.
    Regards,

Hazah! Now running KIS 7.0.0.125 fully registered for three years! Well, the 994 days left on this registration to be accurate! :D Gotta say it again, that was a well spent $18!

BTW, it's firing on all cylinders, and I'm not experiencing any checkdisk nastiness as expressed by some unfortunates in that other thread! The previous network gaffs are gone, am flying at full tilt boogie with my 20 MBPS cable connection. Kudos to KL.

Thanks for the update guys. Very Helpful.

Question: How does KIS 7.0.125 in Vista compare to KIS 6.0? I am very hesitant to switch to 6.0. Since I have installed KIS 6, I've not had 1 virus/spyware/leak test problems. Is it worth it to switch to KIS 7?

    Added: Link for KIS 7.0.125

I'm afraid that ship has sailed. This particular Systweak/Kaspersky promotion went on from mid April until early May of this year.
