    Using the ProcX from GhostSecurity.com, this is the info I found out…:rolleyes:

    is this just okay or I have to make some changes or disable some processes on my pc to have a more stable system? o_O

    if you open up task manager ctrl-alt-del and click on the performance tab. there are two graphs. if the bottom graph stays level then you are OK. if it goes up and down then you need more memory.

    "Total memory" 250mb.
    You need more memory, full stop.
     
  4. 256mb ram isn;t a lot.

    I think you need at least 512mb if not 1 gb to run all the heavy duty security programs we like to run here

    I agree, with that many processes running, you've undoubedtly got a lot of paging going on, which will cause slowdowns and possibly crashes. I would recommend at least 512mb, preferably 1gb. RAM is cheap now, though, so it's not as big of a deal as you might expect.
