    Hi alika,

    Before you start fixing this, could you please zip up C:\WINDOWS\System32\wuammgr32.exe and send it to the address in my profile?

    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page_bak = res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {021BB032-80A8-4FB6-B3D5-CF27B1553B95} - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5321E378-FFAD-4999-8C62-03CA8155F0B3} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TB_setup] C:\DOCUME~1\Fidler\LOCALS~1\Temp\tb_setup.exe /dcheck
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuammgr32.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update] wuammgr32.exe

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [mslagent] C:\WINDOWS\mslagent\mslagent.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Instant Access] rundll32.exe p2esocks_1014.dll,InstantAccess
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuammgr32.exe

    O19 - User stylesheet: C:\WINDOWS\win32.bmp

    Then download and run CWShredder
    Use the Fix button and follow the instructions provided by the program.

    Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\Program Files\TV Media <= entire folder
    p2esocks_1014.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\mslagent <= entire folder
    C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools <= entire folder
    mshp.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wuammgr32.exe

    Regards,

    Pieter
