Itunes not seeing Touch

I have eset 5 Smart Security. When I uninstall Eset Itunes fine the Device. I have a Ipod Touch. I tried eset In learning mode and doesn't fine the device.I have Itunes 10. I am pretty new to eset. I like eset so far and don't what to get rid of It. Can someone tell me how to fix this

 

Try excluding iTunes from scanning

Does disabling the firewall make the issue go away?

 

Not disabling the fire but If I uninstall the whole eset 5 It works. I been using eset 5 In learning mode. I don't know If It has anything to do with It but now It works. I just re Installed Eset and put It In auto mode and now It sames to work so far. I don't know what the problem was but It was something with Eset 5. Now In auto It same to work I switch It from learn to auto. If you know what the problem was I like to know for next time I reinstall windows?
