Ok thanks, I got it and I updated the LnS Site.

FYI: the .lng file that was previously on the LnS Site already referenced http://manuangi.altervista.org/sw/LnS/italiano.lng in the update section.
So using the latest plugin DLL, the update can be done directly from the plugin itself.

    No problem ;)

So, the VERSION and UPDATE fields are now important in the .lng files, and thus you can manage the .lng updates without any change on the LnS site.

If the link put in the UPDATE field is no longer available, then the plugin automatically try to find an update in a default fixed location on the LnS Site.
But in this case, new versions of .lng files have to be put on the LnS site.

as I'm keeping the file on my disk continuously updated (I mean, I update the one on my site after the one on my disk of course), I can't check whether the update feature works correctly..

not that I have particular doubts, just that my site's rules don't allow the direct linking (that's why, as I wrote many times in this thread, you can't access the live links to my lang file directly via left mouse click)..so I was wondering whether you can update properly...

anyone there who can give that a try and then leave feedback here?

    thanks!

For me it is working fine from your site.
To test it, you just need to modify the VERSION field in the .lng file you are using from your disk: put V1.1a for instance, instead of V1.1n.
(note that a .bak file is created when a new file is retrieved from internet).
