It is poss to backup Norton Antispam Allowed list ?

    Hi I am about to be getting rid of NIS and replacing it with a sperate Firewall and a seperate AV ... I have been making sure I am ready for this change and got all the releavant documentation to hand ..

    ON of the items I am wondering about is my allowed list in NAS.. currently at 130 addresses.

    Is there any way I can back this up, copy and paste it save to text file anything... So that when I use my next antispam tool ( undecided which one yet) I can add them to it..
