    OK I just got this computer with Windows 7 Starter and installed ESET Nod32 and everything seems to be running fine. Every time is restart my computer or when I log into windows ESET NOD32 wants to run the setup app and I am prompt to repair or uninstall the app. I just press cancel and ESET NOD32 is running fine and continues to run fine. I have gone threw with the repair multiple times and it still does it every time.

    I have checked the startup and it is not listed in there. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Any Ideas? I am unable to fine the executable that it is running at the startup.

    Is this your first installation of ESET software ? Are there any previously installed AV software that is perhaps still installed ?
    Did the install routine complete prompting a reboot ? Is your system tray icon green and white ? Are you sure you downloaded the correct build from the download centre ?

    Hi!

    Download Microsoft AutoRuns
    http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

    Save it on the Desktop , right click the file the file called autoruns and choose "Run as Administrator"

    When it has started , immediately press Esc button
    1. Click on Options -> Hide Microsoft and Windows Entries
    2. Click File -> Refresh
    wait until ready
    3. Choose File -> Export As

    Chose where you want to save the log file and then using copy/paste , place your log in your next reply

    Thanks for the follow-up information, please submit an issue ticket to ESET.
