From the BBC article:

The same old song they've been singing for years. Outdated forms of security and the same old "educate the users" line. Educating individual users is pointless when the entire infrastructure they depend on is totally vulnerable. As for governance, watching every move and every word posted by everyone doesn't help anything.

 

Cuber-aggressiveness poll would be quite different. It's nice to see this though.
