ISP Inbox Won't Move to Outlook 2002

Is there any known conflict with Imon and Outlook 2002 that would cause visible emails in the ISP Email Link page NOT to move over to Outlook '02? ( I'm Win Me/Office XP-Outlook 2002/ EMON dis-abled as I'm non-MAPI stand-alone /Everything at High Efficiency Green)-
After I Deleted and Re-entered the account set-up of my wife's and my separate adresses the emails flowed over; Now their stalling again. After two failed Outlook attempts this a.m. I opened the ISP Email Link, saw the emails, went back to Outlook and they Flowed over ( stalls occur with small kb sizes and no attachments). Trying to weed-out the possibilities. ISP server checked OK for problems. Many Thanks!
