Is this too much? Will it ruin/slowdown the system significantly?

    Prevx SOL free, Prevx only detects the malware, and SafeOnline blocks any intrusion related with the browser.
    Trusteer rapport is able to block any intrusion, and remove the banking malware

    Hmm I don't know but my "Pop Up Reliever" seems to be older age.

    As a teen I suffered from major pop ups, that actually continued into my 20's but as 30's came around the number of pop ups have decreased, now in 40's I wish I would again be bothered with pop ups.

    Put CIS on paranoid mode and you will hate the popups in a few days :D

    Prevx will remove rootkits for free.

    In my mind, detection is the main thing. If you know you have X, then you can research what it does and remove it.
