    Tech support, when I first reported the SATA problem, responded in a couple of days, then 5 days, then 7 days, and now zip. I sent an email to sales and no response. I tried to phone sales and was asked to leave a message. Is anyone home at Acronis? This not bashing it is a legitmate question.
