Is There Any Way To Clone A XP HD With Only A CD-ROM Drive

    I'm looking to a free way to clone or make a image for my pc which
    is running windows sp 3 pro on a CD-ROM which software is best.

    It won't fit unto a CD unless you are running Windows 3.1 or DOS 5.

    Try Clonezilla or Macrium Reflect Free.

    That is, it won't fit on ONE cd. Many imaging software support splitting an image across multiple media.

    I use Macrium Reflect Free, and have imaged both XP and 7 onto dvds.

    True Sul. And if he has dual layer support he can burn onto 8.5GB discs.
