Is there any GUI for KVM that can automatically connect a specific USB device to a specific VM?

When you start or resume a VM in VMware workstation, a specific USB device can automatically be connected to this VM if there a line like this in its config:

usb.autoConnect.device0 = "0x431:0x5BA" # this is my smartphone's ID (edited)

How do you do the same with virt-manager or Gnome Boxes or any other GUI for KVM such as those below?
