Uninstall Internet Explorer?
I doubt it, but it would of course depend on what you're running. I'm sure more detailed (and more accurate) answers will come in to supplement my guesses and vague awareness, but till then ...
If, which I doubt, you're running Win 3.1, then no problems, just take it right out. Unfortunately that was probably the last version of Win that was totally independent of IE, just about anything more recent is highly integrated with IE and vice-versa.
You looking for the product which is available at http://www.litepc.com/
You'll lose one of the usefull functions in windows: windowsupdate.
There are some other tools dependant on IE, so take care.
In my opinion there is no need to uninstall IE. Just don't use it
I absolutely agree with yea meneer...
