1, Is there a way to have certain emails "bounced back", (no deleted or put in spam, but so send gets something the person you are attempting to contact is not acepting email from this computer/site?

2,I know there a way to back track an email, by this I mean open it up & see the ip #'s and backtrack that # to see where it originates from...

I'm pretty sure there is no way to do this.
At the bottom right of the page you should see a link labeled " Full Headers". Click on it, and you can see a lot of information.

TxRed, first, welcome to Wilders! Since optigrab answered your second question, I'll attempt to answer the first.

While there is no way to know if the contact person is accepting emails on their end, you could create a second Yahoo account and send a Blind Copy to that account. At a minimum you'll know that your message went through the system.
