In search of a VPN that offers a dedicated/static ip just for you? No other feature really matters as long as it provides the standard protection VPN's offer. No need to have no logs even. I know many services like Nord, Pure and Ivacy have static/dedicated ip options but curious about the availability of a VPN that will give you dedicated ip just for one client.
Just lease a VPS and run your own. See https://github.com/StreisandEffect/streisand I've never used dedicated IP options from VPN services. But why isn't that enough? I mean, it's not like any IPv4 address now has never been used.
