    Laptop:Acer Travelmate602
CPU : Intel Pentium III 648MHz
    RAM: 256MB
    HHD: 30GB(C:25GB) FAT32
    O S: Windows XP Pro. sp2

Have tried many times to install
Returnil Home 2010 onto the computer as above.
    Installings were successfull.
    But could not use it.
Halted every time to start the virtual mode.

Is there a version that can be used on such a shabby machine?

    Thanks!

Can you try an experiment? Uninstall RVS 2010 ans then download a copy of RVS Pro 2011 (the version without the Virus Guard and System Restore features). Next, Install RVS Pro 2011, restart to complete the install, and then attempt to activate the Virtual Mode after logging back into your Admin account.

Are you able to enter Virtual Mode at this point?

Thank you very much for the suggestion!

Have just finished two times what you have suggested.
    No luck.
The exactly same thing happened at the moment the "Start Virtual Mode" was touched.

    Other suggestions?

    Thank you!

Send us the rvs3.log, rvs3-inst.log, and a MSINFO32 log so we can take a closer look at what is happening. Use the support tech address.
