Is there a product that will clean a Windows installation like it was a new install?

    Found the COA sticker, which is underneath the base stand. No wonder I couldn't find it previously.

    I appear to have SLIC 2.1.

    One thing I don't understand is why the 25-character product key on the COA sticker differs to that given by Belarc, Speccy et al.
