Indeed, is there a suitable forum in which to ask this question?

Am I the only English-speaking Easy CD/DVD recorder 9 customer?
I don't recollect seeing a forum on the Paragon (German) site either.

Where do I go for help with this program?

In case there are any helpful optical-disc knowledgeable viewers,
the problem is that the program successfully writes .WAV to a CD but not to a DVD-RW'

Indeed, the program recognises a blank DVD-RW as "Blank" with 4489MB Free, but on trying to proceed by clicking NEXT, requests:

"Please insert blank CD-R or CD-RW media into CD/DVD... drive!
