Is some Menu Item missing here?

I have just reinstalled EAV 4.2.71.2 on my new Windows 7 64 bit machine.

It seems to me that when I had Windows XP 32bit there were other "Menu items" in these positions

Am I wrong?
Can you check?
Is there some difference between Windows XP 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit menus?

 

I saw on a friend's installation on XP that he has also the item "Web Browsers" (HTTP,HTTPS -> Web browsers -> Active Mode) that here is missing

And that under POP3, POP3S there is also a "Email clients" item

Any clue?
Why don't I have those items?
Is it normal?
Do i have to reinstall EAV 4.2.71.2?

Does it apply also to "Email clients" that are not showing?
