Is Firefox clear data in privacy settings enough to delete all cookies tracking me?

If I click Clear Data in within Firefox privacy settings is that enough to prevent every cookie tracking me? If not what do I need to do to have zero cookies?

    I am referring to:
    Preferences>privacy & security>clear data (button)
example: Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 3.2 MB of disk space.
    Clear Data (button)

    along with Custom checked:
block all cookies (will cause websites to break)

Do I still need additional add-ons if I do the above?
