Is ESET Support Team DEAD?

    I have opened many tickets with them in the last month, and tried to contact then many more times. I received one email that stated they were extremely swamped and apologized...

    I am about to convert my trial license into a full license and get all of our business machines running ESet.

    However, this lack of support is really making me second guess my decision.

    Is anybody getting responses from Eset? Am I a fluke?

    which country are you in?

    I didn't think Eset in the USA were that slow - I know some of us resellers have support staff with plenty of capacity... can't be 100% sure if Eset is the same way or stretched - but I didn't think they were...

    Hi Sammyc53, I'm sorry that's been your experience. Offering great support to our customers is obviously very important to us. If you PM me with your case/ticket #, I'll do everything I can to escalate the issue.

    I usually get a response 1-2 weeks later restating my original question and asking if the problem is still persists.

    At this point, outsourcing ESETs tech support to India would be an improvement.

    On the other hand, their sales support has been good.

    i think they are because i posted a thread yesterday. it has 54 views and 0 replys so i finally figured it out myself. /sarcasm thanks so much for your help the fine folks at eset tech support./sarcasm
