Is Brightfort still in business?

    I've tried for a couple months to get someone from support to respond. My ticket shows undeliverable mail so are they still in business? And yes, I know how to read mail headers. Just checking to see if anyone else is having problems getting support.

    Hi Spikey,
    I don't know about Brightfort mail contact.
    Except for License Lookup, SpywareBlaster AutoUpdate license issues and EULAlyzer Pro license issues, the Brightfort website directs to the BrightFort support forum at Wilders Security Forums.
    Have you tried sending a Wilders PM @javacool (BrightFort moderator)?

    Hi,

    We've had some occasional issues with messages being errantly flagged as possible spam (or otherwise caught up in spam filters) - both incoming and outgoing, so I've sent you a PM and we can follow up via the Private Message system on these forums to make sure the messages get through.
