I've tried for a couple months to get someone from support to respond. My ticket shows undeliverable mail so are they still in business? And yes, I know how to read mail headers. Just checking to see if anyone else is having problems getting support. Thanks

Except for License Lookup, SpywareBlaster AutoUpdate license issues and EULAlyzer Pro license issues, the Brightfort website directs to the BrightFort support forum at Wilders Security Forums. Have you tried sending a Wilders PM @javacool (BrightFort moderator)?
