IP masking software

    Just for curiosity.
    Is there a software where one can mask the IP, but where the user chooses the IP to show?

    So far i know it is possible but you need to import and test a bunch of open proxies servers. Delete bad and non working and you will have good working proxy serves in your list.Then you can make choice from good one.
    Good example of such a programs are MultiProxy, A4proxy, ProxyRama etc...
