Has anyone else been getting a heap of emails from LastPass lately? I've had 5 or 6 in as many days. Unsubscribed!

LastPass just updated on Cyberfox to 3.3.2. Still no 4.x.

Use the development version on AMO.

Using Firefox (also 3.3.2 now), but does 4.x have problems? Seem to recall reading that ...
Is there a real benefit in upgrading to the development version?

Well, I've been using it for a long time without problems. Note that version 4.x is offered as the official version for Firefox on the download site of Lastpass. I don't know why it's still labelled as development version on AMO. Anyways - if you're not happy with it you can always go back to version 3.x if you want.

I have tried the universal installer download several times in the past, but it just never completes ... maybe I have too many browsers, installed and portable :)
Will give it another go, else the dev version from AMO. Thanks.
