Why the store has been down for over a week?

Usually the store works with a third party receiving the payments. And, some of them are notorious for keeping the money over 60 days, keeping the money way past due.

    Best regards,

There are many possible explanations for the lack of communication and the store being down, ranging from health issues to technical glitches and no doubt others. We can guess but that would be a waste of time. Given Issos dedication as shown in this thread and his obvious support for the product I would suggest that there is probably a good reason for the silence. We will just have to wait and keep our fingers crossed. Certainly if Isso had something to communicate I am sure he would do so. I for one am willing to be patient and wait until he is ready to let us know whats going on. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later but it will happen when it happens.

Some guys here should just chill a bit..
Just cause Isso isn't so actively around now, than before, doesn't mean the development of the software has stopped.
I'm sure he will be back. :)

The shopping cart appears when buying through Bits Du Jour. It says it's a 4 pack but shows as a single license, although you can change the quantity.
I've no idea if it completes the checkout but it looks fine to me.
Maybe worth trying if anyone can't wait. ;)

How do I completely remove AX64. Did a basic uninstall within the software followed up with latest Privazer. This was not enough.

AX64 may leave behind some drivers. Check ..\Windows\system32\drivers for AXTrack.sys and AXMount.sys (and maybe something like Msft_Kernel_AXMount_01009.Wdf), but if you delete them then make sure to also delete any references to them from the registry (use registry search), otherwise your system may try to load non-existent drivers causing BSOD or similar problems. For example, delete the whole key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AXMount, for example, and not just the AXMount.sys from that key. If you are not used to messing with the registry, then make a backup of it and/or of your whole system before you try.

Beyond that make sure to also delete the AXTM program folder. AX64 will probably also leave behind some hidden file or registry entry to indicate that it has already been installed once so that you cannot keep reinstalling the trial version over and over again, but this is standard practice for trial software.

Well, you could also use the FREE REVO uninstaller. Ask for it by name. :)

It will remove even reg entry's.

Had a couple people who wanted to purchase but website still down, (over a week now?) when they went to the site today.
Like it or not it is very odd that no explanation or comment here as to whats about, just not a good way to run any business in even its early stages........... let alone an established business of some years

I've not managed to get Ax64 ver 1120 to work on my Thinkpad x230 W7 64bit despite several attempts of installing, uninstalling, restoring to factory settings, repeat.. A single backup would take close to a GB of space even when I introduced absolutely nothing new to my system. This is with defrag and system restore off. Hot restores would freeze. And a restore ran from Ax64 on a flashdrive rendered my system unbootable. Had to use factory recovery cds to restore system to factory condition.

Still, I would reinstall AX64 when the next version comes out and try again. I believe Isso would not rest until he perfects this software. He is the most generous, nicest software developer out there and perhaps this is where he might get into trouble with his working partners... I suspect he's allowing the payment system to stay down as he doesn't want to take any more money until he irons out some of the bugs in the current version of AX64...

Our guy last posted on Friday the 13th saying sorry would explain later.:thumb:

On a personal level that is more than enough.:D

BUT ever since I joined this thread I must have brought an evil curse as every one is getting anise. :doubt:

Been down this road before SO until the business and support situation clears I am going to go into hold state and image the way I always have in the past.

I'm not going to try to guess what is going on or bug him in anyway.

The shop is closed and the reason is clear, this product can be dangerous for novel costumers. I hope this situation take a happy end because Time Machine is an attractive toy.
